His professionalism and respectfulness made my 14-day stay comfortable and pleasant. While some improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and service quality, the dedication of certain staff members truly sets this hotel apart.

We had a blast partying at the nightclub downstairs and the live entertainment was off the charts! It was awesome that the hotel only allowed married couples and families, so no buzzkill from random people.

The only thing we'd ask for is even more epic entertainment options for young party-goers.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city and experience the festive atmosphere. the hotel offered free parking, a great benefit for me as I had my own car.

I must admit that the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was not properly cleaned, and I noticed stains on the carpet and sheets, quite disappointing.

The bathroom was well maintained and had the necessary amenities. The breakfast served was delicious and filling. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby area for guests. the service was excellent, and the staff was accommodating.

There was a minor inconvenience as some facilities in the room were incomplete, such as the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste.
